OUR TECHNOLOGY

In our technical department we carry out reverse engineering, product development, mould desing and 5-axis cam with top-of-the-range parametric software.

To analyze all aspects of each project in a widespread manner, we have set up working groups and ad hoc procedures.

Our workshop is equipped with grinding machines, vertical and horizontal CNC multi-pallet machines, high-speed 5-axis milling machines, CNC spark erosion machines, assembly and polishing department, laser welding machine and injection machines for mould testing and high skilled technicians. Quality control and analysis of details, are supported in the implementation phase by a three-dimensional measurement center and a scanning machine.
